Are there areas you won’t clean?

To keep our cleaners safe we don’t clean the following:

  • Chandeliers
  • Wet wiping of light bulbs
  • Cleaning of bio-hazards (mold)
  • Post construction
  • Hoarding
  • Moving of heavy furniture
  • Animal waste
  • High to reach areas (anything that can’t be reached with a two step ladder)
  • Exterior windows

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, we bring all our own supplies.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely, just give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate.

General Questions

What happens after I make a booking?

Once you complete your online booking you will receive a confirmation email.  We will then contact our best cleaning teams to see who is available during the time you picked.  Once we have assigned a cleaner to your home we will send you another email with their name so you know who to expect.

Do I have to be home?

Nope!  You can choose to either stay or leave during the cleaning.  If you aren’t going to be home just give us instructions on how to enter the house (garage keypad, hidden key, remote access, etc).

Will I always get the same cleaner?

We will try our best to keep the same cleaner for your house, but if they aren’t available we will notify you.  If they aren’t available for the time you choose, we can either reschedule to when your cleaner is available or we can send another cleaner.

Do you offer any discounts?

We always have discounts for recurring service.  We also occasionally will have sales for first time customers or during holidays.
